About the Webinar:

Join trainers from The Watershed Company to learn about the practical application of SEPA. Alex Capron, AICP and Alex Plumb will present on a range of SEPA related topics including: SEPA checklists, threshold determinations, planned actions, and climate resiliency.

Attendees will hear from the perspective of a consultant and local planner as sample scenarios are discussed.

About the Speakers:

Alexandra Plumb
Environmental Planner

Alexandra is an Environmental Planner with a diverse background from her professional and educational experiences. She has an extensive understanding of administering critical area regulations, reviewing permit applications, amending code, policy development, and project implementation. These developed skills have led to a comprehensive understanding of permitting processes. Prior to joining the Watershed Company, she worked for local government agencies as a Development Coordinator, Lead Entity Coordinator for Salmon Recovery and Current Use/Long Range Planner.

Alex Capron, AICP
Environmental & Land Use Planner

Alex is an environmental and land use planner with 12 years experience in helping public and private clients navigate through local, state and federal permitting compliance. As meeting facilitator and co-organizer, Alex leads public engagement and community outreach for municipal and county master planning projects, as well as complex code development and on-call planning for local government agencies.
